You are responsible for material checked-out on your ID. Non-receipt of notices does not excuse you from your responsibility to return materials on time.

Initial Notice: If you have items checked out from this library that are not returned or renewed by the due date, we will send an initial notice. You may either return or renew overdue items at this time. Depending on the number of items overdue, your record may be blocked and you may need an override to renew items.

Final Notice: If items are not returned or renewed, a final notice will be sent and library privileges will be suspended.

If an item is not returned, your UND account at Twamley will be billed for the fine plus the replacement cost of the item. The replacement cost may be credited to your account when the item is returned. Holds on registration, transcripts and financial aid go into effect until your account is cleared.

Overdue Class Reserves

The fine for overdue class reserves is $10.00 per item. There is no grace period.

Overdue fees for Recalls

Books may be recalled after 2 weeks. When a book is recalled, you have 1 week to return the book or you will be charged a fine of $10.00 per item.
