If you have items checked out from this library that are not returned or renewed by the due date, you will receive an initial notice. You may either return or renew overdue items at this time.

If items are not returned or renewed, a final notice, which includes a $10.00 per item non-refundable overdue fine, will be sent to the patron and library privileges will be suspended.

If the item still is not returned, your UND account at Twamley will be billed for the fine plus the replacement cost of the item. The replacement cost will be credited to your account when the item is returned. Holds on registration, transcripts and financial aid go into effect until your account is cleared.

Overdue Reserves

The fine for overdue class reserves is $10.00 per item.

Overdue fees for Recalls

When you check out a book, you are guaranteed the item for 2 weeks. After that, the book may be recalled. When you are notified of the recall, you have 1 week to return the book or you will be charged a fine of $10.00 per item.
