Davenport Family Papers: Family papers largely focusing on Sumner and Jessie Burnham, their daughter Margaret (Burnham) Davenport, her husband, Willard E, Davenport, and their son John Brian Davenport. Margaret Davenport was an administrative assistant to the UND Vice President of Academic Affairs, while Willard Davenport was the Head of the Department of Marketing at the UND College of Business Administration.

Herman Winterer was an attorney in Valley City, who was joined in his practice by his brother, Edward. William Winterer suffered from consumption and traveled throught the West in search of a "more favorable climate"
