ACQUISITION: This addition to the Grand Forks Commercial Club Records was deposited in the Orin G. Libby Manuscript Collection by Darrel Koehler from the Grand Forks Herald on December 9, 1994 (Acc. #94-1981).

ACCESS: Available for inspection under the rules and regulations of the Department of Special Collections.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

This addition to the Grand Forks Commercial Club Records consists of the 1915 Preliminary Report on the Grand Forks City Plan by Charles Mulford Robinson. The report studies Grand Forks' strengths and weaknesses showing photographs of the area and giving recommendations for improvement. The photographs depict schools, parks, monuments, railroads, bridges, public buildings, business districts and residential areas in the Grand Forks community.
