ACQUISITION: This addition to the Delta Phi Delta, Kappa Chapter Records was deposited in the Orin G. Libby Manuscript Collection on February 25, 2002. The material was transferred from University Publications.

ACCESS: Available for inspection under the rules and regulations of the Department of Special Collections.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

This addition to the Delta Phi Delta, Kappa Chapter Records consists of a 41 page publication by Kappa Chapter entitled Indian Legends. The text for the legends was taken from Collections of the State Historical Society of North Dakota, while the illustrations were created by members of Kappa Chapter. The publication is dated May 15, 1929, and is dedicated to Dr. Orin G. Libby. Dr. Libby was Head of the Department of American History, and also was editor of Collections of the State Historical Society of North Dakota.
