ACQUISITION: This addition to the Dr. Richard Frank Papers was deposited in the Orin G. Libby Manuscript Collection by Mary Margaret Frank, Grand Forks, North Dakota on February 22, 1999 (Acc. #99-2311).

ACCESS: Open for inspection under the rules and regulations of the Department of Special Collections.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

This addition to the Dr. Richard Frank Papers consists of envelopes that once contained correspondence by Frank to an individual in Germany. The correspondence was returned to Frank in December of 1941 due to the United States entry into World War II. The correspondence is absent and its content is unknown.
