SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

This addition to the North Dakota Chapter of the National Organization for Women Records consists of correspondence, newspaper clippings, minutes of meetings, and informational material regarding issues NOW was concerned with. The correspondence dates from 1972-1981, while material from national and regional board meetings dates from 1974-1981. Informational material includes the following subjects: abortion, labor issues, the Equal Rights Amendment, religion, divorce and child custody.
