INTRODUCTION

ACQUISITION: This addition to the Counseling Center Records was deposited in the University Archives by Charlotte Minier, Counseling Center, on March 24, 2003 (RCN#200343).

ACCESS: Available for inspection under the rules and regulations of the Department of Special Collections.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

This addition to the Counseling Center Records dates from 1977 to 1998, and contains annual reports from 1977 to 1996. Also included are agendas and minutes from various committees such as the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team (A.D.A.P.T.) Advisory Committee, the Diversity Forum Committee, and the Risk Management Committee. These agendas and minutes date from 1989 to 1996. Also found are reports and planning documents, projects, and surveys conducted by the Counseling Center.

Also found are plans and designs for the remodeling of McCannel Hall, as well as information from many workshops that professionals from the Counseling Center either held or attended. Miscellaneous files include policy and procedure guidelines, personnel information, and reaccredidation materials.
