INTRODUCTION

ACQUISITION: This addition to the Nash Finch Company Records was deposited in the Orin G. Libby Manuscript Collection by a granddaughter of Fred P. Nash, Mary Lois Lowe, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina (Acc.#95-2039).

ACCESS: Available for inspection under the rules and regulations of the Department of Special Collections.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

Mary Lois Lowe is the daughter of Mary Bryant Nash, who was born September 23, 1900 to Fred Parks Nash and Maybel (Carl) Nash. This addition contains Mary Bryant's baby book and eight photographs that document Fred, Maybel, and family. All items within this addition have been separated from the main collection and stored elsewhere within the Department. The baby book has been wrapped in scrim weave, labeled, and stored on shelves adjacent to the collection with other oversized Nash Finch Company materials.
